VENICE, ITALY - SEPTEMBER 5: Johnny Depp and Amber Heard attend the premiere of 'THE DANISH GIRL' during the 72nd Venice Film Festival on September 5, 2015 in Venice, Italy.

U.K – Actor Johnny Depp has just gotten into an even deeper fight but had brought with him a strong lobbyist who had guided him to pursue two cases, one being with the publication, The Sun and to divulge evidence to the High Courts.

The Actor is suing the publication for putting out an article lambasting J.K Rowling for inserting a “wife beater” into the franchise of the Harry Potter universe.

He had requested the High Courts to not have his ex-wife not be present when he goes up against the NGN (Sun News Group Newspapers) however, the judge ruled that she had to be there to create a balance as something from the libel case can turn to evidence in their case for Amber Heard’s allegations that Johnny Depp physically abused her.

A famous recording of Amber Heard incriminating herself as she spoke to her ex- husband during their time together clearly showed that the claims she made could be the other way around .

The NGN plans to sweep the case under the rug by having it dismissed with the fact Johnny Depp did not submit the “Australia drug texts”    where it is said they were about Johnny Depp trying to buy drugs. These are co-related to the claims of Amber Heard who stated that right after was infamous “three-day-ordeal of physical abuse”, which Johnny Depp contested with bringing Amber Heard’s former personal assistant who actually stated she said she had never seen any sign of physical violence during their time together.

In criminal cases, witnesses cannot be present in court while others are giving evidence, but in civil cases this is possible.

In a court order published on Saturday, however, Justice Nicol rejected the attempt, ruling that it would be “unfair” and “inhibit … the conduct of their defence”.

“There is a benefit to the defendants in her being able to do that near instantaneously in the course of Mr Depp’s cross-examination and, in my view, it would be unfair to the defendants to deprive them of that advantage.” said the judge presiding over the case.

The case had long been sour and heart-breaking as it came at a time of the #metoo movement when Amber Heard made her claims despite Johnny Depp suffering a sliced finger and an incident where the real estate agent in charge of one of their holiday homes noticed he was being abused.
